Past experiences, including those from childhood, can continue to show up through anxiety, self-doubt, addiction, emotional triggers, difficulty trusting others, or relationship patterns that feel hard to understand or change. Shame, guilt, fear, and the experience of hiding vulnerable parts of yourself can quietly disconnect you from who you are. Miranda offers a compassionate space to slow down, explore what is happening beneath the surface, and understand the subconscious patterns shaping how you feel, respond, and relate to others.
For Miranda, meaningful therapy begins with trust. She understands how vulnerable it can feel to speak about experiences that may have been minimized, suppressed, or carried alone for years. Rather than guiding every client through the same process, she takes time to understand your story, emotional readiness, values, and hopes for therapy. Together, you create a personalized journey that feels safe, collaborative, and aligned with where you are.
Miranda draws from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. She thoughtfully adapts each approach to your needs, whether you are seeking practical tools, deeper emotional exploration,
greater self-compassion, or support in understanding the wounds beneath your reactions. Her Eastern European background also informs her awareness of how culture, parenting styles, family roles, emotional expression, loyalty, responsibility, and sacrifice can shape identity and relationships.
Through continued doctoral studies, cultural awareness, and an integrative understanding of the mind, body, emotions, and subconscious beliefs, Miranda supports you in releasing patterns that no longer serve you. Her work helps you rebuild trust in yourself, strengthen your self-worth, and
respond to life from greater clarity rather than survival. Together, you can move toward balance, confidence, and a life that feels more authentic to who you are. Welcome home to yourself.
