A highly trained and dedicated Registered Psychotherapist, Archita is committed to providing compassionate care to individuals facing life's challenges. Her sessions reflect her personality: non-judgmental, open, and respectful. She understands that each person is unique and comes to her for a wide array of reasons, whether it be unmet needs, trauma, invalidation, or life imbalances. As such, she tailors her treatments to the individual's cultural background, needs, and personal perspective, always leading with warmth and kindness. Archita specializes in treating a number of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. In addition to her work with individuals, she proudly offers couples and family therapy, serves as a life coach, and offers career counseling and interview assistance. She integrates various therapy techniques into her practice to ensure each client’s unique needs are met. These include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused & Brief Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Gottman’s Family Therapy, Mindfulness, and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy. Archita is passionate about ensuring that each session is a welcoming and safe space for her clients. She emphasizes the therapeutic relationship between a therapist and client and works collaboratively with each individual to set attainable goals for improvement. She approaches therapy with respect, compassion, empathy, and an evidence-based approach, taking into consideration the uniqueness of each individual and their specific needs, strengths, and concerns. Her educational background is impressive, spanning multiple countries. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Niagara University in the United States and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Osmania University in India, and has a speciality in Child Psychology. She proudly offers her services in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
