As such, she tailors her treatments to the individual's cultural background, needs, and personal perspective, always leading with warmth and kindness. Archita specializes in treating a number of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. In addition to her work with individuals, she proudly offers couples and family therapy, serves as a life coach, and offers career counseling and interview assistance. These include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused & Brief Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Gottman’s Family Therapy, Mindfulness, and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy. Archita is passionate about ensuring that each session is a welcoming and safe space for her clients. She emphasizes the therapeutic relationship between a therapist and client and works collaboratively with each individual to set attainable goals for improvement. She approaches therapy with respect, compassion, empathy, and an evidence-based approach, taking into consideration the uniqueness of each individual and their specific needs, strengths, and concerns. Her educational background is impressive, spanning multiple countries. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Niagara University in the United States and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Osmania University in India, and has a speciality in Child Psychology. She proudly offers her services in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
