I am a South Asian female therapist and founder of Canadian Therapy. Married with two young children, I have 15 years of experience supporting individuals and couples with realtionship breakdowns, as well as mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, and isolation in both Vancouver and Toronto.

Being mindful that each individual’s journey is unique, I will work hand-in-hand with you to implement an achievable plan that will focus on your needs and improve your quality of life. I work hard to build trust through confidential support that is offered in a safe, non-judgmental space.
